Pretty much since the dawn of the HOA as an entity, it’s been bringing rage to people’s homes near and far. If you’ve ever had the experience of filing your own complaint toward the HOA, then you likely have experienced a deeply frustrating moment of your own. There are plenty of people that occupy a seat on the HOA just to make sure they can bring some havoc to other people’s lives. These moments certainly speak volumes to that.
